After serving our country in the Air Force, Bruce worked as a salesperson at a car dealership in Ohio and was quickly promoted to create a fleet department and set up truck deliveries. This early experience in the transportation industry led to the creation of ABS with his wife Sherry in 1989 as an out-of-stock vehicle-locating company when a client’s request for tags to be obtained for the vehicles located began ABS’s nationwide title and registration services. ATC, created in 2001, was born out of the need for qualified and vetted drivers to move vehicles and equipment for customers nationwide. The businesses have grown into sister companies with 200+ employees and multiple service offerings. Bruce and Sherry believe very strongly in running both companies with the Christian values that are so important in their lives, honesty and integrity being at the core of everything they do. They plan to create a legacy for future generations and that ABS/ATC will always be family-owned. In their spare time, they enjoy spending time with family and church friends, traveling, supporting local and international missions, and spending time with their 8 grandchildren.
