Jason is known for his hands-on leadership style, data-driven decision-making, and commitment to building high-performing teams.
Originally from Colquitt, Georgia, Jason now resides in Knoxville, Tennessee. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting and fishing and spending time with his wife, Whitney, and their five children—sons Gavin, Harrison, and Mason, and daughters Reagan and Madison.
